A common question

What is the difference between AOC-4 and MGT-7?

AOC-4 files the company's financial statements: balance sheet, profit and loss, notes and the board's report. MGT-7 is the annual return: shareholders, directors, meetings and other particulars for the year.

Small companies and One Person Companies file the shorter MGT-7A. Both forms are due within set periods after the AGM, and late filing attracts a fee for each day of delay.
