LLP and One Person Company Registration

FinAura registers limited liability partnerships and One Person Companies. For an LLP we reserve the name, file the incorporation, draft and file the LLP agreement that sets out each partner's share and role. For an OPC, a company owned by one person, we handle incorporation with the nominee the law requires.

  • Certification through associate practising CAs and CSs
  • Bangalore and across India
  • One team from set-up to compliance

A common question

LLP or One Person Company?

An LLP needs at least two partners and suits professional firms and small partnerships that want limited liability with lighter compliance. A One Person Company lets a single founder have a company with limited liability, and can convert to a private limited company as it grows.

If you plan to raise equity soon, a private limited company is usually the better start.

Who can form a One Person Company?

A natural person who is an Indian citizen, with a nominee who takes over if the owner can no longer act.

Is an LLP agreement compulsory?
