Cycle tracking
Each DIN's three-year due date.
“where numbers align with narratives”
ROC & Corporate Compliance
Since 31 March 2026, directors and designated partners file KYC once every three years instead of every year, and again whenever their mobile number, email or address changes. FinAura tracks the cycle for every DIN holder in your company, files the KYC with their DSC and OTPs, and keeps their details current so no DIN is deactivated.

A common question
The Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Amendment Rules, 2025 replaced annual KYC with a three-year cycle from 31 March 2026, with a single web form. KYC is also due whenever a director's mobile number, email or address changes.
Sources differ on how the first cycle is counted for each DIN, so we confirm each director's due date on the MCA portal rather than assume it.
See DSC and DIN registrationWho it is for

Same KYC requirement.
Event-based KYC.
Reactivation.
