What We Handle

Finance Operations, Piece by Piece

Reconciliations, payables, receivables and a predictable month-end close. Move along the list to see what each piece covers.

  1. Every bank line matched to the books, daily or monthly, with exceptions listed and resolved rather than carried forward.

  2. Ledgers agreed with your suppliers and customers, so disputes are settled on facts and balances confirmed before year-end.

  3. Purchase records matched against GSTR-2B and sales against GSTR-1, so you claim the input tax credit you are entitled to and nothing you aren't.

  4. Invoices checked, approved and scheduled for payment with proper controls, so vendors are paid on time and nobody is paid twice.

  5. Invoices raised promptly, collections tracked by age, and reminders sent on a schedule, so you always know who owes you and since when.

  6. A fixed close calendar: accruals, provisions, reconciliations and reviews done in order, so management sees final numbers early in the next month.

  7. Balances between group companies agreed every month, which saves weeks at audit time.

Questions We Get Asked

Frequently Asked Questions

What is bank reconciliation and why does it matter?

It is matching every entry on your bank statement to your books, and explaining any difference. Done regularly, it catches missing invoices, duplicate payments, bank charges and fraud early, and keeps your cash figure trustworthy.

How often should a company reconcile its bank accounts?

Monthly at minimum. Businesses with many daily transactions benefit from weekly or daily matching, which is practical when the work is partly automated.

Can you take over only our accounts payable?

Yes. Payables, receivables, reconciliations and month-end close can each be taken up on their own or together with full accounting.

Do you handle GSTR-2B reconciliation?

Yes. We match your purchase records against GSTR-2B every period, follow up with suppliers who have not filed, and make sure your input tax credit claim is supported.

How quickly can the books be closed each month?

With a fixed close calendar and reconciliations done weekly, most clients see reviewed numbers within the first week of the following month. The exact date depends on when your bank and sales data is complete.
