Finance Operations
FinAura runs your accounts payable: vendor bills collected in one place, checked against the order and the delivery, approved by the right person, recorded with GST and TDS, and scheduled for payment on agreed dates. Duplicate bills, wrong rates and missing approvals are caught before money leaves the account.

A common question
In a growing company, bills arrive by email, WhatsApp and courier, approvals happen in conversations, and payments go out when someone remembers. That is how duplicates, missed credits and angry vendors happen.
An outsourced payables process gives every bill one route: logged, checked, approved and paid on a schedule, with you releasing the money.

The MSMED Act sets the period within which they must be paid, with interest for delay, and income-tax law allows late amounts as an expense only when paid.
