GST Notices, LUT and Refunds

FinAura replies to GST notices with a reconciliation behind every answer, files the Letter of Undertaking that lets exporters export without paying IGST, and claims GST refunds for exports and inverted duty structures. Every reply and claim is reviewed by a Chartered Accountant before it goes to the department.

A common question

What should I do when a GST notice arrives?

Read the reply date first. Many notices allow a short window, and missing it can lead to an order based only on the department's figures.

Then reconcile before replying. Most mismatch notices have an explanation in the books; a reply backed by a reconciliation usually closes the matter at the first stage.
