Taxation
FinAura works out capital gains on property, shares, mutual funds and business assets: the holding period, the cost, the gain and the tax. Better still, before you sell, we look at timing and the reinvestment exemptions the law allows, so the decision is made with the tax in view.

A common question
Because most of the choices close at the sale: the holding period that decides short or long term, the year the gain falls in, and the reinvestment that can reduce tax.
After the sale, only computation is left. Before it, there are usually options.

Questions we get asked

In some cases, by reinvesting in the assets the law specifies within the time it allows. The conditions are strict, so they are best planned before the sale.
Yes, generally in the instalment after the sale, if your tax for the year crosses the advance tax limit.
