Taxation
FinAura estimates your tax during the year and works out each advance tax instalment, so each instalment is paid in full and interest is avoided. Before the year ends, we look at the decisions that change the bill: tax regime, deductions, timing of income and expenses, and the right structure for the business. All planning stays within the law.

A common question
No. Tax planning means using the choices the law gives you: the regime, the deductions, the timing, the structure. It is done openly and documented.
We do not recommend arrangements whose main purpose is to defeat the law. They tend to cost more in notices and interest than they save.

Interest is charged on the shortfall and the delay. Paying the right amount in each instalment avoids it.
Very little. Most choices, such as investments, timing and structure, must be made within the year.
Yes, for tax and for practical reasons such as funding, compliance and exit. See business setup and registrations.
