A common question

Why pay vendors in runs?

Paying bills one at a time, whenever a vendor calls, makes cash hard to plan and approvals easy to skip.

A fixed payment run, weekly or fortnightly, gives vendors a predictable date, lets you see the total before it goes, and keeps every payment tied to an approved bill.

Questions we get asked

Vendor Payment Runs: Questions, Answered

Who releases the payment?

You or your authorised signatory. We prepare the batch in your bank portal; we never hold rights to release money.

How do you guard against bank-detail fraud?

Changes to a vendor's bank details are accepted only in writing from a known contact and confirmed independently before the next run.

Do you deposit the TDS?

Yes, as part of our TDS compliance work, the tax deducted in each run is tracked for deposit and the quarterly statement.

Can urgent payments be made outside the run?

Yes, with the same approval and checks, and recorded as exceptions so they stay rare.
