Transaction Readiness

Before a sale, a funding round or a large loan, FinAura reviews your business the way the other side will: books, revenue quality, tax positions, compliance filings, contracts and records. Issues are fixed or explained in advance, so diligence confirms rather than discovers, and the price is not chipped at the end.

A common question

Why prepare before a deal?

Every unresolved issue found by the buyer or investor becomes a price reduction, an indemnity or a delay, and each one costs more to fix in the middle of a deal.

Reviewing yourself first lets you fix what can be fixed and present the rest on your terms.

Questions we get asked

Transaction Readiness: Questions, Answered

How is this different from due diligence?

Due diligence is done by the buyer or investor. Transaction readiness is the same review done for you, in advance, so issues are fixed before they are found.

Do you value the business?

We prepare the financial analysis that a valuation relies on. Where a formal valuation report is required, it is issued by a registered valuer or other professional the law specifies.

How long before a deal should we start?

Six months or more is ideal, because some fixes, such as overdue filings, take time.

Do you support us during the buyer's diligence?

Yes. We answer finance and tax questions and keep the data room current.
