Is this Zoho's certification course?
No. This is practical training for your team on your own set-up and processes, by accountants who use the software daily. Zoho and Tally offer their own certifications separately.
The aim is that your team posts transactions correctly and uses the reports, not that they pass an exam.

Accounting software used by companies must keep an audit trail of every change that cannot be switched off, and books kept electronically must have a daily back-up on servers in India.

Do you offer Zoho Books certification?
No. We provide practical training on your own set-up; certifications are offered by Zoho.
Is training online or in person?
Either. Most sessions are online; we train in person in Bangalore when useful.
How is support provided after go-live?
By email, chat or call within the agreed scope, with screen-sharing for fixes.
Can you train us on Tally Prime too?
Yes, on Tally Prime and on HRMS and reporting tools we implement.
