A common question

Where does revenue leak?

In deliveries never invoiced, price increases never applied, discounts given beyond policy, credit notes raised without good reason, and receivables that will never be collected but sit in the books.

Each is small; together they are often a noticeable share of profit.

Questions we get asked

Revenue and Receivables Assurance: Questions, Answered

What is revenue assurance?

A review of the path from delivery to cash, to make sure every sale is billed at the right price, recorded and collected.

How do you find unbilled work?

By matching delivery, dispatch or timesheet records against invoices for the period.

Can leakage be recovered?

Often, by billing missed items and correcting prices; older items depend on contract terms and customer relationships.

Is this a one-time review?
