Process Implementation

FinAura puts new finance processes in place and stays until they run: purchase requisitions and orders, billing triggers, collection follow-ups, expense claims or the month-end close. We design the process with your team, set it up in your software, run it alongside them for the first cycles and hand over once it works without us.

A common question

Why do new processes fail after the consultant leaves?

Because the process was designed on paper, the software was not set up for it, and the team never ran it with support.

Running the first cycles together surfaces the real problems while help is still there, so the process survives contact with daily work.

Questions we get asked

Process Implementation: Questions, Answered

How long does a process implementation take?

It depends on the process; most run for a few monthly cycles until the team runs it without help.

Do we need new software?

Usually not. Most processes can be set up in Zoho Books, Tally Prime or your existing tools.

Who owns the process afterwards?

A named person in your team, with the SOP and checklist we leave behind.

Can you implement more than one process at once?

Yes, though we usually sequence them so the team is not overloaded.
