Concurrent Audit

FinAura's concurrent audit checks your transactions continuously: payments, receipts, purchases, sales and journal entries reviewed weekly or monthly against approvals, documents and policy. Issues are reported within days to the person who can fix them, and the pattern of findings shows where processes need tightening.

A common question

When is concurrent audit worth it?

When transaction volumes are high, money moves quickly, or controls are still being built, so waiting for a quarterly or annual review lets problems grow.

Banks use it for branches; growing companies use it for payments, purchases and sales in the same way.

Questions we get asked

Concurrent Audit: Questions, Answered

What is concurrent audit?

An audit carried out alongside the transactions, at short intervals, rather than after the period ends.

How is it different from internal audit?

Internal audit reviews processes periodically in depth; concurrent audit checks transactions continuously and reports quickly.

Is concurrent audit only for banks?

No. Banks require it for branches, but any business with high volumes can benefit.

Can payments be checked before they are made?

Yes. A pre-payment check can be set up for payments above a threshold you choose.
